1. Apply the product to clean, dry skin approximately 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Distribute a sufficient amount evenly over the face, neck, ears, and other areas that will be exposed to the sun.
3. For the face and neck area, be sure to apply a sufficient amount, as using too little product can significantly reduce the level of protection.
4. Reapply approximately every two hours to maintain protection.
5. Reapply the product after swimming, heavy sweating, or towel drying.
6. If applying makeup, wait for the sunscreen to settle on the skin before proceeding with your makeup routine.
7. Apply regularly to sun-exposed areas as part of your daily skincare routine. For the stated level of protection to be achieved, a sufficient amount of the product must be used. Reducing the amount applied will significantly lower the level of protection.
